Course Objective: To educate participants first with an overall picture of events since passage of the ACA, followed by a deeper dive into the status of benefits, delays, new deadlines and changes that affect benefit design and strategies for the future.

Course Objective: To educate participants on the details of the special Affordable Care Act relief for mid-size employers and a deeper dive into the challenges in collection of data and preparation of the 2015 Form 1095-C

Objective:  To educate participants on the differences and benefits between Fully Insured Health Plan vs. Self-Funded Health Plans in the ACA world, followed by a breakdown of Key Elements and Contract Options to Self-Funded Plans.
